Being different does work
I'm being slow to catch up on reading blogs since my recent week vacation - most I delete (unread) when they get old, but I never delete Seth's.
So, today's read was Bought and Sold - and I remembered that this actually happened to me. We were happily living in a house once when I got a letter from a realtor saying that they had a buyer interested in a house in our sub-division. Until that moment I hadn't considered selling, but that letter put the thought into my head - and we ended up selling our house to that buyer, through that realtor.
I bet that realtor is rich.
