Starbucks toilets?

Hmmm, Dave' post was quite interesting today: Nordic Track Book Club Review: The Starbucks Experience

p.73 The Starbucks brand, and every company's brand, is nothing more than the sum total of the individual actions its people take.  "No matter what the music, the flavor of the day, or the wireless availability, Starbucks success is all thanks to the free and clean toilets."

I'm a starbucks fan, and usually pop in for a boring but cheap "Venti Coffee With Room"1, but I have to say I don't think I have EVER gone into a starbucks bathroom.

Mental note: Have to try that.

1. Ok, full disclosure: very occasionally I spend an obscene amount on a "Triple Venti Vanilla Latte".

The only Starbucks I frequent is within Barnes and Noble, but I must say, the bathrooms are always perfect, has no bearing on my choice of coffee though, I tend to shy away from public bathrooms all together, clean or not.
