Do not step outside the lines

After recommending Dave looked at the Dell outlet to get a laptop I'm saddened to read about what happened next. I've almost fallen into the business/home chasm at Dell myself. It's a truly bizarre way to do business.

When dealing with Dell, always remember to stay between the lines. Keep your eyes down and walk straight to the checkout. Don't go back for another look. Don't hesitate; you can do this.

Sorry Dave.

LMAO! I know I'm a couple of months late reading this, but I've sooo been there! Dealt with Dell "customer service" for over a month due to a faulty motherboard. I knew what was wrong, told them what was wrong. Still took them a month to determine... If it hadn't still been under warranty....
