Google Toolbar
..but I'm keeping the Google Toolbar, who just stepped it up a few notches by adding some very cool features.
#1 on the list is the new bookmark feature. I love it and it's goodbye to del.icio.us' nasty shortcuts. I imported favorites from all my computers and now have a tagged list that's shared amongst them all and handy to access from the toolbar. Perfect.
