Yes Men
Have you ever noticed that Realtors will agree with everything you say, rather than give a true opinion?
I've noticed (and even had fun with it a few times) that if you walk into a room and say "Ohh, nice color" they will say "Yes, isn't it?". If you walk in and make mock vomiting noises they say something polite like "Oooh, I see what you mean", closely followed by a "A splash of paint would make a world of difference".
You can have fun using different ways of saying the same thing..
Quaint or Dilapidated
Colorful or Nauseous
Character or Old-fashioned
..and listen to the replies you get.
