Dear Newsgator
Dear NewsGator Support,
I can’t believe I’m actually considering uninstalling NewsGator, but your service has deteriorated a lot recently. Although I get a few blog posts in Outlook each day, most do not arrive. “0 new posts” is meaningless now because when I went to NewsGator Online this morning I found 350 unread posts.
Which doesn't really make sense since you told me that the Outlook add-in now gets the posts from your online service.
Reliability in software is the most important thing, and I can’t trust NewsGator any more. I’m running 2.5.12.537, and I can fix it using the Shift-Retrieve trick in the subscriptions dialog, but that’s really not the point…
Any other ideas?
