Remembrance Day

Technically I've missed it already, but at 11am local time I'll still be thinking of my Grandad. He served in France driving those funny-shaped tanks. I miss him.

November 11th at 11am (GMT) World War 1 ended. In the UK it's a big event with two minutes silence.

Many people wear poppies today to commemorate the flowers that grew on the battlefields.
