Let's test Customer Service..

My favorite family restaurant here in Roswell, GA is Bahama Breeze.

We went there last night and had another great time and wonderful meal (their new entrees like Santiago Chicken are excellent). The kids love the live singer (we always eat on the deck, and hardly notice the odd inconsiderate asshole smoker out there)

Our server Patricia was happy and all was good. This morning Tara showed me the receipt and there's a survey on it - tell us what you think and get a chance at a Bahama vacation or gift card.

So, I take the survey. Not too long, 2-3 minutes. Nicely done, no hard-to-answer questions. Only at the end do I read the sweepstakes rules and notice that the sweepstakes ended on 5/29.

"All entries must be received by 11:50 PM on May 29, 2005"

But, we ate there on 5/30, so why ask us to take the survey? Methinks there's a lack of communication somewhere. More to the point, why is the survey site still live?

All these questions will of course be answered swiftly by the Survey Manager that I just sent an email to..right?

FWIW, I answered Excellent to almost all their questions, so they are going to have to go out of their way to screw this up.

UPDATE 4:08pm : They passed. I just got a chatty personal reply back telling me that they do this every quarter, so my entry was just placed into the 3rd quarter drawing. Cool.
